yup, I'm definitely lovin the extra calories from two a days. Tonight I'm gonna try Burlesque and then boot camp. I might try Zumba and Fitness Fusion tomorrow night, but not sure. I'm doing boot camp. I did it on Friday and Monday. It's a butt kicker, but amazing. I never did the Fitness Fusion, but Chrissy says the boot camp is a more intense workout. You would probably love the boot camp, if you love fitness fusion.

Okay, I went to the site and based on my weight and the duration, it says 639 calories. I will try to adjust it by about 100, just to be safe, like you suggested. Thanks again!
