I feel the same. THis is week 2 for me. Did 2.5 # the first week. week # 2, gained 1 pound. what??? I have increased my exercise. I think this might be it. I feel wonderful, but not happy cause I have gained enen though doing everything right. I will keep on. So should you!

I am also new to MFP. Week 2 ,I gainned 1 pound. Have a total loss of 1.5 so far. I am eating below my calorie recommendations. I am kinda bummed. I have increased my exercise big time. good job! I started 4 months ago and do an avergare of 30-60 minutes 5 days a week. I would like to increse this. In time! Judy
