AHHHHH! I haven't shredded since Friday. I definitely slacked off this weekend, and then woke up late this morning. It is back to being way too hot in the afternoons to even consider shredding unless it is first thing in the morning. I need some motivation to get my butt back in gear!!

Did L1D1 this morning after taking two months off. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be after my long break, but I was still having to push through the push ups and the lateral raises (?? the last strength exercise)

4 inches that's great!! I meant to start today, but accidentally turned off the dual alarm this morning when I turned off the earlier alarm for my boyfriend. Darn!! It hit 103 in VA, so I am definitely not motivated to do it this evening. Not to mention its storming and the power keeps flickering out.

I've been wondering how exercise calories work. I have saved and printed out the information, so I can read it tonight. It was far too long for me to be able to read on the computer. I have been very confused as to how many calories I am actually suppose to eat on days when I exercise. This should help!

I definitely didn't pass yesterdays challenge. Salt is what I crave!!! Forget sweets and chocolate- if I eat those, I still want something salty. Any healthy, salty snack ideas? I am very low maintenance (as in I don't cook), so something quick and easy if possible!

I also was religiously using this site all summer and in September. I definitely starting slacking and stopped visiting the site altogether. It is amazing to think about what I have been eating the past month in comparison to when I tracked it all. UGH!!!

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVEEEEEEEEEE it. It is absolutely amazing how successful they are. Although I am only 10 pounds or so overweight, it is excellent motivation watching their progress. Can't wait until the new season starts next week!
