Start Weight 210 lbs This morning: 206 lbs 4 lbs lost...super excited about this!! Looks like the weight I gained over the holidays is going to come off!! woooohooooo!!

I walking outside everyday, regardless of the weather..such a refreshing feeling.

Its happens sometimes...probably just a water thing but whatever it is...like you said..its in the past..no looking back...just keep moving forward!!

My weigh in is tomorrow..super excited to see how I did!! :)

I use an acutal pedometer..it is a sportline one from Walmart. Works really well and is quite inexpensive. Great work on your steps...:)

Have a great Monday as well..you can get through the staff meetign..good idea to bring the M&Ms so others can eat them! If you get them out of the house then the temptation isnt there...go you!! Every little bit helps!! Keep up the good work!

I never go anywhere without mine..I aim for 10,000+ steps each day and most days have no problem reaching that goal!

I will be spending the weekend cleaning and packing up all the Christmas decorations and putting them away.

I accept the challenge..I always walk 30-45 mins. everyday and this is even more reason to keep focused and not miss a day od exercise.

Start weight 210 Lose 50 lbs GW 160 but would like to reach 150 :)
