That is all you can do is pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start a new day. We all have those days when we eat too much. I have always believed in everything in moderation. You should be able to add a bit of chocolate so you don't feel deprived!

I like my flex. I like that it keeps me accountable in my exercise, also. I always push myself to get the 10,000 steps in. If I wasn't using the flex I wouldn't get near that. Now that I have one I can't imagine going without one. I would highly recommend it!

I have been having the exact same problem for a while and it gets frustrating! I had Monday set as my weigh in day but it seems that is the day that my weight is always at its highest. Doesn't make sense to me either.

I completed the challenge..got all the water in and did my 45 min. walk plus other exercises!! Lots of calories burned. :)

Burnt 300 today so a total of 900 for the weekend. not bad but was hoping to do more but great to be back at the weekend challenges. :)

Umer usually sets a number of calories to be burned on the weekend for example it may be 1000. Then we post how many we burned. The amount of calories to burn goes up over time. Just makes us all work harder and stay motivated.

Hey there.. I always weight in on Wednesday. I expect to be up this week with just going through the Thanksgiving weekend. I didn't overdo it but I do eat more then I have been eating so we'll see. :)
