If I just have a cold ot I'm not feeling well, I still try to get in some sort of exercise. But if you're light headed, etc., I don't think you should get on the treadmill, but maybe just go out for a walk if you feel you need to do something. Hope you feel better!

I agree with this and your list is fabulous! I get up at 5:00 AM every morning to do my daily walk. I've had mine since September and I love it. It really makes me aware of how much "I don't" move! LOL....I love that it's linked to MFP and it calculates calories burned and I hae the flex and I love the alarm function to wake me up in the morning!

My favorite are the strawberry flavored! I usually don't buy them anymore either. I've never tried the cinnamon and brown sugar flavor but would love to try the pumpkin and the red velvet but more than likely won't because there are other things that I would rather have and use my calories there!

No pictures but I am in the process of completing the DVD right now. I have been doing the DVD for the past three months straight, I've complete Level 1, Level 2 and I am on day 18 of Level 3, twelve more days to go! What I have noticed is that I am losing inches more so than weight, but I only weigh myself once a month!
