Yes I started using the weightloss program on my treadmill and it goes in intervals so it's not as boring and I watch Seinfeld for an hour!

I have a Wii, I use Leslie Sansone's walk at home DVD's, I have a treadmill, I have Zumba DVD's...I get bored doing the same thing over and over again so I keep adding things! Good luck!

Are you able to just do slow paced walks? If so, do that and you'll still be moving and burning calories.

My suggestion is that if you're not weighing and measuring your food, you should get a scale. I did about a month or so ago, and I have noticed a HUGE difference. You may think that you're only eating 1/2 cup or a cup of something, but when you actually see it on the scale, it's an eye opening experience!

I usually eat one a day for breakfast or a snack. They are filling and a small banana is only 90 calories.

Yes I do log everything everyday and I purchased a food scale about a couple of weeks ago and was amazed at how much over estimating I was doing!

If I'm doing major walking, I log those walks through the Endomondo app.

I have this very same question.... I should be losing based on what it tells me I burn but I see no budge in the scale..... I log food on mfp and let the fitbit log my walking, I don't log my exercise/walks separately.. maybe I need to? Any exercise that you do you should log into MFP

I mostly drink water during the day also drunk diet sodas, Ice carbonated waters, zero calories energy drinks. I mix it up but my main drink is water.

I'm a morning person so I work-out in the morning. Because I have to be up by 5:00 am I do not eat before my work-out.

I think that fruit is great for you, especially fresh fruit. I stay away from the canned fruits. I think that as along as the fruit fits into your daily calorie intake, eat it,it's healthy!

Personally, if I just have a cold, I will continue to exercise, but if you have a fever, etc...I would try to get that down before I did any type of exercising.

I don't...my morning starts at 5:00 AM and I do a brisk hour morning walk before work and then eat when I get in to the office, and then on the week-ends or days that I'm off from work I walk much longer and eat when I get home.

I just started C25K last week. I use to run and then got away from it. I like the program, it gets you into it slowly. I'm on week 2 now.

If you want pizza, eat pizza. When I want pizza after I've had two slices it has satisifed that desire! Otherwise, Lean Quisine has a good frozen pizza as well.

I would go by what MFP tells you your daily calories should be. I personally am not going to restrict my diet unless I know that I'm not going to ever eat that item again.
