Go to waldenfarms.com , they offer all kinds of calorie free salad dressing plus so many other things. This place has really been a blessing to me and helped me lose 90 pounds so far.

I have lost 80 pounds without any form of exercise. I am disabled and could not exercise. I just counted calories. I have just begun to exercise in water only. It can be done but you must really watch your calorie intake.
