  • Hey you just have to keep going, look at your diet. what you eat is as important as how much make sure you are balancing you food types, when I gain I increase my workouts, maybe morning and afternoon for 40 - 45 minutes a couple of times a week and that usually get me back on schedule. Don't give up.
