I sympathize completely with your situation. I've lost 40lbs and I have a lot more work to do to get where I want to be physically, but mentally my head is still playing catch up. If you need a friend in a similar situation, shoot me an invite. My only advice would be to keep at it. You may not feel like exercising every…

I drink if I'm thirsty. Mainly I just sip because my mouth gets awful dry sometimes and I feel sick. I guess it depends on the individual?

For me, it's mainly on my stomach. It's like the itch is really deep in the tissue too, so scratching doesn't do anything to make it go away. I pretend it's my fat putting up a good fight.

It's a lifestyle that wouldn't work for the average person, that's for sure. I don't have the space for that much produce in my apartment, not to mention her supply of fresh foods is much easier for her in Australia than it would be in the US. I've seen some questionable bananas in my time...

Guilty too. I got a lot of friend requests from people who would just quit the site a few days later or who had eating disorders and I couldn't support in the way that they wanted. It makes it easier for me to know if that person genuinely wants to be an acquaintance or just wants to add fodder to their own friend list.

Sour cream and avocado for me. <3 Depending on the chili and my mood, sometimes some bread to mop up the juice.

Why is it that you need to see how thin you are anyway?

5'3" and I think around 130lbs now. (Oh, summer overeating...) Size 4-6.

Let go of the 'all or nothing' mentality. Choose the smaller things you can turn into habit and do them until you've got it down to an art and then choose the next thing. =) You're not alone. I think that's why places like MFP exist!

I didn't find the actual tattoo as painful as the itching of it healing afterward!

My collection of Masamune Shirow merchandise and love of the Ghost in the Shell series. My collection of Angeling items based on the character from Ragnarok Online. The fact I met and wooed my husband on a webcomic forum belonging to 8-bit Theater...

Add some more veggies/meat alongside your breakfast. Packed salads shouldn't be too bad for lunch (salad in a jar from Pinterest) but if you're looking to bump up your calories a little more, you might even try a green smoothie some days? Or just add some coconut oil to your day.

Nerd Fitness Academy member here too! I love the community and the game aspect that the program offers. Plus, it's a one time payment for the whole damn thing. Bargain.

There's an easy option for him. He can look for a woman who doesn't wear heals or make-up or a push-up bra. Done. Honestly, expecting an entire gender to change just because he's bitter isn't helping his cause.

I had a vivid recollection about looking down at myself a few months into my fitness journey and being upset about the way my seatbelt fit across my stomach. I remembered this while sitting snug in my new car, not having had that feeling of upset for a long time. It made me very thankful for how far I have come and how the…

Sadly a lot of breads. I find I get very sick after eating certain types of bread now. :<

I'm sure that it doesn't matter how slow you are. =) This isn't about anyone else, this is about what YOU want to do! So first or last, don't sweat it!

Even if this might be the case, it's always worth getting a doctors opinion. If walking is making it difficult to turn your head, it could be spinal. You want to get this checked out. There's no reason for your neck/head to hurt when you're using your legs to do the work.

My son outright said to me the other day "well, at least you're not fat like daddy". On one hand, yay compliment. On the other hand, my husband was NOT a happy man.

"Pretty pretty please, don't you ever ever feel Like you're less than f**kin' perfect." Don't ever feel like you have to explain yourself to anyone. You're here and you're making strides to better yourself. THAT should be the main focus. =)

You have to shop around for therapists. Not everyone is going to be a good for for you straight away. Same with pretty much everything in life (good doctors, car dealers, gym memberships...) you have to find the right fit. The last therapist you saw might not have worked for you, but don't let that discourage you. You are…

My husband and I know the codes for the locks, but rarely use each others phones unless it's for GPS or checking something like an event page while we're on the road to remember the address. Derp. I do have wicked anxiety stemming from an affair though, which made me paranoid about his phone usage. Even with time, I still…

It really could be a mixture of everything and anything. Your best bed would be to listen to your body. And see a doctor if this tiredness is something that's impacting your life negatively.

6 miles a day is fantastic. Unless you WANT to run, I'd stay stick with walking.

Yes. I wear a little mascara and some lip gloss. It's sometimes the only time I get out of the house (I work from home) so it's just something I do to make me feel good about myself. =)

Fresh bagels = love. I'm just curious why you have this as your evening meal. Coffee in the evening would probably have me awake for hours, unless that's the point...

It depends on how much you have to lose, but it also depends how critical you are of yourself. The me I see in the mirror has minimal results. The me I see in photographs has amazing results. Be less critical. Go with how you feel.

I log things for the fun of it sometimes. Afterall, it's my diary and what I do with my calories, allotted or burned, is entirely up to me.

I tend to eat whole wheat/grain bread more than white bread, but I'll be damned if there aren't days that a nice sourdough just hits the spot.
