Not alone. My husband is an overweight guy and he gets hit on when we're out. I'm relatively fit and no matter how I've dressed, nada. Little blow to the ego. =P

I recommend looking into workouts by Pat Flynn. I personally love kettlebells, I'm hoping to get a full range of competition bells when I actually have the room to store them!

Honestly, if it weren't for my kids screwing with the balance board so easily, I'd have this thing out/on more often. The games are fun, it gives pretty accurate weight readings and I have no doubt it would actually assist in losing weight if continued regularly.

I think the quality has definitely gone down over the years, now all I can taste when I bite into them is sugar, but for us it's just tradition. Whenever they get hard and clumped together, we just take big chunks and enjoy them with a glass of milk!

Right now I'm focusing on training and eating 'better' instead of eating 'right'. It seems to be working, I'm definitely losing inches and soon to drop pounds, I'm sure. =)

I'm willing to give pretty much anything a try, but I have to admit, that sounds disgusting. Oh, I also got to try Izzy's Jello Salad Ice-cream. It was pretty good.

I feel ya! We have a clothing swap every couple of months so clients can get 'new' clothes and get rid of their 'fat' clothes. It helps everyone and it's a great social event. =)

It took me a while to warm up to it, but now I wish I could go every day. In fact, I'm making plans to move closer to my gym BECAUSE I love it so much. I wonder if my trainer would let me move into the storage room...

T-shirts make me feel restricted. I don't like the way they bunch up around my middle. I don't like the way they make me feel suffocated on the top. And I don't like the way a lot of the women's tees arms are cut. But yeah, let's go with attention whoring.

I think that depends on the definition of 'normal'. Do SOME people fall off and then hop back on hard? Of course! What matters is what you want from your exercise and diet and for those 3 weeks, you made your choice and now you're making the choice to get back into it. No guilt. No shame. Just get back on that thing. =)

Blue cheese and corn fritters were DELICIOUS. I also tried the pretzel cheese curds which weren't bad. Sad I didn't get the chance to try the Snoribbons and a few others that were introduced this year.

There will always be someone who does something contrary to what's being advertised. So I wouldn't say it's a breeding ground, but it might act as a magnet?
