I do all the time and they turn out decently :) I make sure to marinate them and to put a couple non flammable wedges in to keep the top plate from squeezing all the juices out and leaving it completely dry

My feet size will vary a huge amount simply based on how much sodium I have eaten recently, I will go from barely being able to get my shoes on to having them loose almost to the point of falling off within a couple of days of eating right.

I use two watches (one to monitor heart rate and one to monitor time spent walking) an mp3 player and a pedometer. I sometimes get funny looks for the double watches but screw it, I like it :P

I was always told if you want to add weight for activities like walking you should use a weight vest.
