Show me a person who got fat eating fruits and I will show you a person with a deep fat dryer and too much time on their hands.

I was going to suggest Fat Gripz for your regular lifting to improve grip strength, or do they have something like straps for kettlebells? I have the same problem but I just wipe my palms off on my shorts before every set.

Add it all, veggies are surprisingly high in sodium and that can easily have odd effects if you aren't expecting it.

Starting Strength by Rippetoe.
-
Yes it will adjust as you lose weight.

You can get the dry curds which come with essentially no sodium if you are planning to rinse it anyway. They are pretty gross but you can throw them into a smoothie or use them in lasagna instead of the standard ricotta.

I make a smoothie every afternoon using my vitamix, makes kale easy to process for green smoothies ;)

I have attempted to eat low sodium for the longest time now, one of the best resources I found for it is http://www.lowsodiumcooking.com/free/AboutMe.htm (hope that works). Also you will notice really quickly you should roughly double the amount of spices you need in things to get the same amount of flavor, but soon enough…

It is no substitute but if used in new and interesting ways it is freaking delicious! I make the tex-mex baked spaghetti squash from this site all the time and everybody loves it :)
-
I did a Dietbet and I found I got so incredibly obsessed with it I started to weigh multiple times a day and was incredibly down if it wasn't a consistent losing trend. For some people they are wonderful but if you have a penchant towards being obsessive might want to skip it.

Excessive negativity or being inactive for longer than a year.

I just wash and steam them, then slice em afterwords, can't beat it! The skin is edible and you can't really tell it is there at all :)

I am down 100 and look the same, you have to just be happy with the differences in strength endurance etc. In time the other will come too, don't worry.

I make my own and when I do need salt I use the half salt or potassium chloride instead.

Barb is one fantastic friend and you will not regret adding her to your friends list :)

Vitamix all the way.

I noticed this myself, sometimes I won't lose anything for several weeks then all of a sudden I will drop about 20. My friend pointed me to this website and to me it seemed to rationally explain it, I hope the link works :P http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/of-whooshes-and-squishy-fat.html

Everything you do, every single decision you make, either takes you a step closer or a step further away from your goal. You either grow or you regress; nothing stands still.

I cook them in the oven on 400 for 20 minutes after glazing them with a mixture of honey, garlic and olive oil :)

Have you tried swimming/cycling? Barring that there are some good squat programs which start easy enough that they would enable you to assess if it is simple weakness or physical damage to your knees.

I found the best things I ever did to cut out sodium are to make my own everything. I will take recipes, cut the salt out entirely and double the spices it would have had normally. Dried beans are a godsend and you can make giant batches of your own broth for soups. I ended up cooking and freezing all the separate…

I have noticed the same problem when I have either dairy or coke, when those are eliminated from the diet it went away.

Simple but effective. 2 tbsp natural PB 1 tbsp honey 1/4 scoop protein powder 1/4 cup oatmeal Roll that into a ball and freeze.
-
I always suggest Rippetoes Starting Strength simply because it places so much emphasis on proper form in all the big compound movements.

Heck yes muscle on a woman is so incredibly attractive.
