I use the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard. I have no complaints with it, and every flavor I have tried so far is delicious with some milk.

Try fat free cottage cheese and tuna. I'm not sure if you would like those two foods or not, but they are both high in protein and low in carbs and fats.
