Oh dear! Not sure what happened last week but I only lost 0.6lbs :-( I haven't done anything different! Hopefully just a random blip. If the same thing happens this week then I'll try changing my exercise routine and see if that helps. New weight 138.1

Thanks for the advice Larkiedeek. My treat is usually a take away, Chinese being my vice (why can't I just be addicted to celery!). I agree that going cold turkey is the way forward but time will tell if that's sustainable I guess. I also need to drink more water to flush out the fat. I'm just going to get through one day…
