I set my daily activity to a lower setting. Maybe next week I'll lose some weight instead of gaining 1/2 lb.

I'm counting calories. The trainers at the gym have told me NOT to count calories and just pay attention to low carbs. That really hasn't worked for me. Counting calories worked really well when I was in my mid-thirties so I am going to try that again.
