This is great! I'm really worried about the challenge, but I'm looking forward to us motivating each other. I've done so many diets that I'm lost at what to do to lose weight, but tracking my calories, exercising and drinking lots of water is working.

I've heard that the P90X is very hard. I love Zumba, it's fun and motivating with the music. So I would go with Zumba.

I'm 5'4' and my goal weight is 160. I've been 140 before, but never less. I think I'm big bonned too, because everyone says I carry my weight well. I don't understand when I see people my height with a goal weight of 118.

You look thinner than 186 lbs. How tall are you? You look great! I'm at 190lbs and would be happy at 160 lbs.

So you lost over 40 lbs in less than 4 months? That's great! The only way I've done that before was by going to Quick Weight Loss Centers. I've gained it back, therefore this time I want to do it with exercise to speed up my metabolism. How did you do it? Any advice for me?

Love your story. I wish I could do the same. I've been there before. I was at 183 lbs and got to 140 lbs by dieting. But that was several years ago and now I've put it on again and it's not coming off as quickly as it did before. I'm over 40 and I guess it just gets harder with age. Bananas have too many carbs/sugars. My trainer says that 1/2 a banana is 1 serving. Therefore it's best not to eat bananas when trying to loose weight. Try putting some strawberries or blueberries in your cereal/oatment.
