I would love to join! I have put back on almost 20 pounds since July! after losing and working out 5 days a week I completely quit due to life disappointments and depression. Ready to get started again and stick with it this time!

Ill go along with this! :) I just joined this site and to be honest, having a hard time understanding how it works lol SW-164 Work out- Jillian MIchaels 30 day shred...been doing this everyday for 2 weeks and totally have cheated on the weekends. I started at 168 so 4 pound loss so far but i feel as though I have stalled :(
