I've also found walking to be a good place to start. At the beginning, I just had to be realistic with myself about what I could do and not feel bad for that which I couldn't do. After I was doing well at a certain speed, I'd slightly increase the speed.

I looked at your past several days worth of food logs. It looks like you're eating anywhere from 800 to 1000 calories a day. I would recommend eating at least 1200. Maybe you can add some fruit or vegetables to your meals or as additional snacks?

I'd also be up to doing some kind of challenge. I think thisay just be the thing that keeps me committed this time.
