I'm starting today. I made it through three weeks of Insanity earlier this summer, but this seems a lot easier to do and a lot easier as far as staying with it... only 25 minutes and not too intense of a workout.

I'm starting 30 day shred tonight. I attempted Insanity - twice - and never finished the first round. I have a lot to lose, but I'm excited! I will be doing the Insanity ab workout 2-3 times a week in addition to 30 day shred.
