I'm with you on this one. I have stalled at 10 lbs for about 3 weeks now. I'm happy I have not gained anything. I also tired the PINK Method but had to stop because it gave me horrible headaches and I was hungry all the time. However, I still use the DVDs as a workout. That plus calorie counting has worked for me so far.

That's awesome! I'm almost right there with you. I'm currently at 131 just 2 more lbs to be under 130. 11 more for goal weight. We could do it!!

I'm 5'2" currently weigh 133lbs. Goal weight is 120 lbs. I'm in the healthy range for BMI for would like to lose a bit more body fat.

Definetly with shoes except if I'm doing yoga. I find I have better balance and grip with shoes.

I'm also eating 3 meals a day with 1-2 snacks in between...usually a fruit or a low calorie snack pack. It has worked for me so far. I have lost 10 lbs in one month. Also exercising 6 days a week.
