I did weight watchers for about 3 months, I did lose weight but then it stopped. I joined MFP but was paid up for another month of WW. I followed MFP but continued to go in for my weigh ins. This is amazing info and I hope I am understanding it properly: BMR = 1606 TDEE=2495 - 15% (374) = 2120 Is 374 the average amount of calories that I burn per day? This means I should eat a min of 1606 and a max of 2120? I'm new to this as well

I wonder the same thing for myself...I'm 28 5'3 and my resting heart rate is between 70-80 BPM. When doing bootcamp (the cardio part) I've seen my heart rate go to 190-200 BPM I dont stay at that rate for long...maybe a couple seconds, a min max while doing mountain climber or burpes. ^^^ I totally agree...Jillian Micheals does a lot of emphasis on lower body which you can do with weights or just using ur own body weight. Try Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs that's also a good one. Good Luck :)
