I made this tonight with 1/2 box Betty Crocker cherry chip cake mix, 1 egg white and 6 oz. black cherry sparkling water. I topped it with light cool whip and chopped maraschino cherries. I cooked it in 4 ramekins (the larger sized ones, I think they hold about 10 oz.) YUMMY!

I made a variation of these tonight...HOLY MOLY they are excellent! I love the soft velvety texture of them. I made mine as regular sized cupcakes and they came out to just 94 cals each (and that's including the glaze I made)! Here's my version: 1/2 box Betty Crocker Supermoist Cherry Chip Cake Mix 6 oz container Yoplait…

As of right now I am still tracking my calories and weighing/measuring food. For me it's the key to success. If I stop doing either one I get lax and eat more than I should and start to gain weight. I have been maintaining since November of last year and each time I stop tracking I gain. I figure if I have to do it the…

I agree...maintenance has been way more difficult for me than losing weight was. It's not super exciting seeing the scale stay the same week to week. Losing weight was exciting!! Seeing the scale drop was my motivation to keep with it. I am not finding it hard to eat the extra calories (that's the easy part of maintenance…

Everything! I was surprised to see some items I buy (bread, English muffins, etc) usually weigh more than what the serving size stated on the package is. For example, I buy Aunt Millie's cinnamon raisin English muffins and a serving is "one muffin, 57 grams" and they almost always weigh around 67 grams each. That's a big…

Those look and sound delicious! Thanks!

Ok, so I tried the frosted brown sugar cinnamon + B&J cinnamon buns ice cream....   SO DELICIOUS! I toasted the pop tart and crumbled it over the top of the ice cream....mmmmm. It was over 400 calories which may seem a little high, but it fit into my macros perfectly today. Yay!
-
If I end up trying it I will report back! Just need to buy the pop tarts.
-
These all sound great! I'm obsessed with B&J Cinnamon Buns ice cream right now...so I want to make a sandwich out of the frosted brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts + cinnamon buns ice cream.....DROOL.....

Mine's around 2200 or so and yes I pay attention to it. I'm trying to maintain so it was important to figure out my TDEE. ETA: I'm 5'5'', 136 lbs, 29 y/o

What about english muffin pizzas? Those are yummy and probably kid friendly!

I prefer mine savory so I usually add a little seasoning salt and pepper. Yum! Sometimes I mix some veggies into it too, tomatoes are good.

You look AMAZING!!!

Mmmm...now I want pop tarts! They will be making an appearance in my week.

Welcome! I switched to MFP from WW almost a year ago and have never looked back! The database is SO much better (just be careful, some items are entered incorrectly!)

WOW look at that teeny tiny waist! You look AMAZING! Congrats! :drinker:

Absolutely amazing! You should be so proud...you have come so far. Congrats!!

Best advice I was given and that I try hard to pass on is to make sure to eat ENOUGH. So many people get into the very low calorie trap and think that's the only way to lose weight. I was and still am amazed at the amount of calories I am able to eat and still lose weight.

Those sound amazing!! I love stuffed mushrooms. I make them a similar way but have never tried them with shrimp in the filling. Will be trying soon, thanks!!

I get about 7.5-8 hrs a night and have lost 75 pounds. I think getting enough sleep is SUPER important when it comes to weight loss.
