Hi I am new as well and a mother of three my youngest is 3 years old. I have 65 pounds to loose. I am 40 and I have never been this weight before inmy life only during pregnancy. Sad to say according to my weight I am 9 months pregnant. However I know with the help of the Lord we can do this. Be encouraged.
