5'11 here too. Started off around 158 and now at 140 and BMI 19.5, but my goal weight was 142 which is my pre-baby weight. I thought I looked too skinny below 142 but I've gone "clean" and partial paleo and have muscle definition so I'm fine with what my body is doing at this point. And I'm strong for the first time ever…

I try to stay between 70-100 carbs per day on 1400-1500 calorie diet. Went clean, then partial paleo, just to feel better. Cutting out processed foods (for the most part, I'm not totally deprived but they are not staples in my diet!) was the key to being lean for me. I was skinny fat before at 155-158, 5'11 and now I have…

I'm starting today! I've been roaming around the website for a couple of weeks and I'm so in! Just finished 30 Day Shred and I'm so ready to step it up a BIG notch. Hesn92...it is confusing, but basically they post a workout a weekday and you Just Do It. ;o) Googling Bodyrock beginners also yields some helpful info and…

L3D1 today and it was easier than the other D1's! I am so excited that I can see and feel my increase in stamina. YES!

I swore I was going to make it 5 days a week on L2 but so far not so much, lol. I've done 4 days of L2 for the past two weeks. Started L2W3 yesterday...and swearing I'm going to get 5 days in this week. Regardless, I can see a change in my body, my jeans are loose, my waist is tighter, and even my problem thighs are…

Finishing up 2nd week of Level 2 and intend to stay put until I can get all the way down on the walk out push ups, hopefully just another week. Arms are really the only parts that are sore now. Down a couple pounds and need new jeans! My boyish figure is developing a waist!

Hi all! I started Level 2 yesterday and find it so much more fun that Level 1...which I mostly loathed. So far I'm not sore at all (was the first few days of Level 1). Added in 15 min of 6 Week 6 Pack after 30DS, couldn't make the entire 30 minutes! My endurance has shot up over the past 2 weeks for sure.

I find Level 2 to be way more entertaining than Level 1...especially the cardio. I hate to say it, but it was almost, um, fun. This was day 1 of Level 2 for me and I am very happy with myself, considering a month ago I was a bump on a log. My 11 year old son did 6W6P with me afterwards, I had to stop after 15 minutes (legs…

Incredible! I can't wait to hear your results next week! I just started 6W6P today and I did pretty well other than having to give up on plank moves bc they hurt my wrists and palms. Gotta figure out what to do about that. Started 2nd Level of 30DS and kicked butt...I can see change in my belly and thighs and can finally…

Hey I'd like to join! I did the shred half-arsed a few years ago, but started again two weeks ago, 4-5 days a week. I'm ready for Level 2 today and intend to try to do every day. Got Jillian's Ab dvd yesterday, would like to add it in a couple of days a week too! I am amazed at how my stamina has increased in cardio...and…
