I switched to ginerale, to get away from the caffeine. Then, I would drink water with lemon.

The way I usually eat, well minus the morning shakes, is pretty much primal. I seem to have better results with limiting my sugar and carbs. They also tear my stomach up if I have too much. I eat mostly meat, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds to begin with.

I might try to do this next week, once I get in my new kettlebell video. Life has been a bit too hectic this week, and I think that this week is shaping up to be the same.

I take a multi, and fish oil daily. I also take arginine, lysine, vit c and vit b6 (and i think the arginine has ornathine in it) I've started taking local honey mixed with cinnamon as well. yes, then my husband is around. he got hurt at work and gained back ALOT of weight. so it makes me feel bad when they do it in front of him. also... the people who say it EVERYTIME i see them.

i use it as a facial toner. and in cooking. oh, and as a hair rinse. can't stand the taste. i hear from customers that it's awesome. helps with diabetes, cholesterol and arthritis as well.

my thighs are about 21 and my calves are 14-15 i think. i feel like like i have HUGE calves. my thighs have a lot of fat :(

oxy elite and fastin both have dmaa... which your body "processes" like amphetamines. they are coming out with dmaa-free formulas since the fda is trying to ban it.

it gets better. you can't target areas. but after i posted something about trying to lose in my thighs without being all skeleton-ish... weight lifting was suggested.

At least you are making changes to your eating and exercising! 95% of people I know using phentermine DON'T. Then they gain back all the weight, and more fat.

I was a stay at home mom, and I kind of miss it at times. I think because my husband is injured and stays at home that I resent him. But with both kids in school, its not as bad. I try to schedule myself off weekends.

I started with a 10 lb kb. My sister gave me kettleworx a few years ago for my birthday. Quickly went up to 15 lbs. Now I have a 20 lb. But I do KB mostly during the winter so I start off lighter. My goal is to work up to a pood :) The best video I have now is one by Lisa Balash.

When I run out of fish oil and forget to buy some for a while... My knees start to hurt a bit. I usually take two 900mg Omega-3 Softgels a day. It helps me.

Mine is getting better, but don't think it will be as good as I want it. Being 265+ pounds, AND two big babies... I think the elasticity of my skin is GONE!! I do moisturize, workout and eat in a deficit most of the time.

I drink lots. Sometimes throw lemon slices in it. Maybe a can of diet coke with super. I love water.

I am still jiggly around the middle. I have had two big pregnancies and was up to 265 that I really know of. I think that it was higher. Working out has really helped.
