I developed an allergy to peanuts.

I have slowly been doing the daily burn. Between work, school, and taking extra recovery time due to fibromyalgia. Since it's on demand, why not try each out to see what you like?

I live in Gatineau. I started my journey weighing 285. I'm currently at 165 ish. I'm trying to get back to 145/150 which is where I was before my divorce and moving back to Canada almost 3 years ago.

I'm a picky eater with a peanut allergy so trying to find protein sources is hard for me. I do drink a whey shake with some milk and sometimes a whey based. I've tried they beyond meat patty at A&W but have yet to find them in stores.

I am on 20 mg and losing pretty steadily. When I was on 40mg it was harder for me to lose, but I was dealing with so much more and it really was to strong of a dosage for me. When I talked to my dr about my weight gain at the time, she attributed it to the depression and too high dosage. TL; Dr The right dosage has helped…

I like yoga with Adrienne on YouTube

I've recently bought a bunch of spices. I buy my nuts, sweeteners, pasta, grains, flours, granola and random things I need for baking. Its the only place I've found animal crackers for my daughter.

When I was a teenager, before gaining weight I usually wore a 36DD. After three pregnancies and 120ish pound loss, it's sad. I wear a 34D from Victoria Secret. Yay for vanity sizing and padding. I lost a lot of breast tissue with this last pregnancy/breastfeeding. Even the gynecologist noted it. I'm super self conscience…

I tried to net about 1700-1900 calories a day. I exclusivley pumped, so I would multiply my ounces by 15 to get the number of calories to subtract/log as exercise. I also logged my exercise. I think they say the average is about 500 calories. Make sure to stay hydrated!!

I can work out at home. I usually try to get in some type of kettlebell workout on days I don't have much time at the gym... and the baby permits. I have a super attached (which I'm okay with) 11 month old. Before I started going to the gym, kettlebells were primarily what I used. I have two 25# ones and a 35# With three…

Topically or internally? I take a few things to help with skin health. I've noticed things bouncing back quicker after this baby. But overall, staying hydrated and focusing on good nutrition might be the better option.

I found it under exercise. Or maybe I created it.

I would petsonally do the strength training over cardio. Or cut back on cardio. (You technically can't lose fat and build muscle at the same time anyways) I did that after this kiddo. Able to wear my pre-pregnancy clothes and I'm about 15 lbs heavier. I think I lost more fat this time but maintained my muscle mass better.…

I take a mulivitamin. I know I don't eat as well as I should. Try it, see how you feel. I can notice a difference when I don't take it. I can also notice a difference in different brands. I would try a multi before just taking a b12. A lot of vitamins/minerals work better together than separately.

I tend to put more effort into using the elliptical than walking. So I would burn the calories quicker with the elliptical. I use a heart rate monitor and use that to figure out the calories burned. I feel like it's more accurate. But then again, it's the consistency of using it.

Pretty much this. I was morbidly obese and had two babies. Over 4-ish years it really improved. I had another baby 10 months, and started as soon as I could back with weights and it's really looking better.

I added it as exercise, I could never get breastfeeding as a food entry to work. I made sure to eat the calories, and tried to pack as much nutritious foods as possible to keep me feeling fuller longer. I didn't lose as quickly, but I tracked my weight with libra. I set my goal at my pre pregnancy weight and the date a…

I weigh everyday morning. I use libra to track it and watch for trends. I update on MFP once a week. Usually between Wednesday and Friday.

I usually wear a heart rate monitor. I log it together with my cardio/warm up.

Ketchup. I use the reduced sugar ketchup because I love it so much.

I was able to exclusively pump and lose weight. Since I knew how many ounces I was producing, I calculated and counted it as exercise. I was also exercising, so I wanted to make sure I was eating enough. I would try to eat healthier as well. Weighed and logged EVERYTHING!! It was a bit slower going than I was used to, but…

I use libra to track my weight. It helps to see trends. It's interesting to me that I can tell where I was in my cycle just based on the graph.
-
I guess technically you could. You would be burning "extra" calories vs sitting on the couch.
-
I lost pretty quick when I was running/jogging. Mostly because I would burn more calories. And I would run so far away from my car and have to go back. Looking back at my photos, my legs look so much leaner when I was running.

I use FitNotes. It seems to work for what I want it to do.

I love fitness blender. Also, I saw amazing changes when I started do HIIT with kettlebells. Takes up very little room and you can find all kinds of routines online.

I like quest bars. Since the calories have went up since they changed the formulas, I stick with the lemon bars.

I personally prefer my protein to just be protein. L-Carnitine is supposed to help transfer fatty acids into the cells to use for energy. Customers seem to see this and think 'OMG it's gonna pull my body fat and use it to give me all the energy" Most of the time, 500mg of L-Carnitine is the recommended amount. Green Coffee…

After losing 120 lbs, it took me a year or so to start getting a flatter belly. It was still kind of jiggly. When I found out I was pregnant this last time, I weighed 155. I was 145 for a little while before though. When I delivered, I was 205. It's been almost 9 months and things are starting to look a bit better. But I…
