I tried posting this under "Fitness and Exercise" but it might oft been the wrong place so I'm posting it here...
Was wondering if any of you tried BSN ISOBURN before and what your thoughts are. They claim that the product supports fat burning by fat oxidation for energy. I always like BSN since their products are one of the better ones on the marked so I figured I would give this a try.

I personally prefer my protein to just be protein.
L-Carnitine is supposed to help transfer fatty acids into the cells to use for energy.
Customers seem to see this and think 'OMG it's gonna pull my body fat and use it to give me all the energy"
Most of the time, 500mg of L-Carnitine is the recommended amount.
Green Coffee Bean -- meh.
It's supposed to be good for liver health.
It's a "Dr Oz" craze.
I think the recommended amount of that is usually like 800mg with a specific percentage of Chlorogenic Acid.
I would spend my money on a 100% isolate if you wanted an isolate, or just stick with 100% whey.
