Sorry this isn't an answer but I was just about to post the same thing. I'm 6 foot 206 pounds I'm trying to get down to about 190. Every time I start up with my fitness I have a 1600 cal goal I do workouts burning about 300 cal so essentially it's telling me 1900 a day. I also have the same question as the user above…
