This is a good read! definitely something that i notice in myself every once in awhile and it really keeps me going. My BIGGEST problem is consuming food AFTER dinner, any suggestions with that!?

Well, it really does depend on what you're trying to accomplish. As far as too much protein, it's not BAD, but it's wasteful. Your body will only absorb roughly 30grams of protein at one time. I have had both, and i really enjoyed Dannon Oikos much more than the Chobani. I actually just had a serving of the Oikos vanilla flavor last night right before bed. Why? you ask, because it contains ingredients that are a good alternative to other supplements.

I generally make a note to run on pavement once a week, and that happens every Sat. I haven't ran in grass for awhile, but i generally go 70-100 yard sprints in grass, and i do about 10-12 reps of those. I don't live close to any sand :( but if i did i definitely would.

95% of my workout is in my apartment complex gym. I have learned to make it work, everything else is outside.
