It's really hard staying positive and keep a clean diet when your partner snacks on process chips/cheese dip/slim jims, and wants to have fast food every other day.... makes me want to give up.

When i do treadmill/elliptical type stuff, i always do a manual workout and put up resistance/incline. I generally keep my heart rate high 160's - low 170's. Today actually is my freebie day where i don't have to eat the same ole' food. So i let loose a little bit, of course, i feel like crap for it. But tomorrow i will be up nice and early like always, and if it's nice and sunny, i'll be going for a nice 5mile run. if not, i'll be on a treadmill/elliptical.

Hmm i sweat a lot, my shirt generally is soaked in sweat and becomes difficult to pull off my body cause it sticks to my back -_-

I'm not really taking diet pills, but i am taking this 30 day supply of Physio-Burn i got from GNC, i'm still not convinced that any of these supplements are any good for anything. but i'd hope that half way through this supply i will notice a difference.

I would say, the deficit is OK as long as you aren't in starvation mode.

I would suggest you to watch some good kettle bell workouts on youtube. There are some good ones out there, but also, you should change up the types of push-ups. I know for me i do 4-5 different types of push-ups, then also add Hindu push-ups. Hindu push-ups will definitely work your arms, shoulders, and back.

Yea, i wasn't sure if i should have put in the total weight or just my personal weight, so i just did personal weight. and it shows i burnt at least 470 calories, which seems more reasonable.

1-2 hard boiled eggs are perfect pre workout. also, fresh fruit smoothie's are an excellent breakfast. Oatmeal mixed in with some berries. :D
