If you can I suggest going out and buying Tosca Reno's Eat Clean books! It will break it all down for you!!! No more counting calories, it's eating clean foods 5 to 6 times a day. "Just the Rules" is Tosca's cheapest book with the most information!

I just finished the 12 week program and I loved it!! I didn't lose alot of weight and I didn't need to but I lost 13 inches in total!! It's a great program if you want to build more muscle and definition!! Also, eating clean was a big part of the program and with that you will see the most results!!
