I do the same thing - good for a week or so then bad for a month or so! This time I'm really determined to lose 10lbs. My husband is no help - he can lose 10 in one week and easily eats a whole large pizza by himself without blinking!! :|

I have a Fitbit charge. I like it a lot and became mildly obsessed with reaching my daily goal! It just helps to see how active (or inactive) I've been.

Weigh everything. Measure everything. Most of all be honest with yourself. The only one that loses out if you're not honest is you. I have learned that lesson. Best of luck to you!! :)
