As long as it wasn't my husband, close family or friends I would tell them to mind their own damn business. As far as a healthy weight I would consult with a physician or dietitian to ensure you stay in healthy ranges. Other than that....tell 'em to kick rocks.

We went to Jamaica on vacation and had the same forecast. It only rained three times for about 1-2 hours each time. I wouldn't get too upset. I live in SC and I always tell people our forecast during the summer is always hot, humid and a chance of afternoon thunderstorms.
