No, some of us USED to be out of shape and now we stay for maintenance and for the LOLS. Also, you came here spouting off excuses, lame ones, so now you get butt hurt that you aren't hearing what you wanted. How about you stop whining about kids ruining your body and friends that take adipex and go for a walk?

No. If I want something I will eat it as long as I can fit it into my daily calorie goal. This isn't diet to me this is a lifestyle change.

I always hate it when people say their children trashed their body.......Ummmmm, no they didn't YOU did that with a bad diet and little to no exercise. Don't blame your children for YOUR choices!

I agree and every time I see a smoker toss a butt out the window I get pissed! It isn't that hard to field dress it and throw it away at home. I know because I'm a former smoker and I never tossed a butt on the ground or out a window.
