  • Try Quest Bars. Great flavor, great consistency, 20G of protein and only 4G of nonfiber carbs. I have to stop myself from just snacking on these!
  • Try checking out the bulk foods section of your grocer or health food store. I buy a bulk soy protein that is 60G protein and .5g carbs for a 66G serving. I mix in my own carbs (right now going through a package of oat flour).
  • I use a bulk soy protein powder from my grocery store's bulk food bin. I add wheat flour for low glycemic carbs (I'm diabetic). I add a half banana and some blueberries. Gives me 399 calories, 30g of carbs, 64g of protein.
