Hey im about a week into it and haven’t lost anything =/ I have lost about 20 pds in the last 4months before I found out about this site but have been stuck at my current weight for about a month now! My goal is 13 more pds before June 22. I Need some motivating friends =)

I would love to loose 10 pds in 1 month i am aiming for 14pds by june. Any help i can get would be awesome!!! Also i am new to this site,yesterday was my first day!
