Frozen strawberries are my go to. :) Totally yummy! And having to wait for them to melt in your mouth means that you eat them slower... I tend to feel "full" after about half a serving, which is about 25 calories.

I don't know if you've checked this out...http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/... but when I was recalculating my calorie intake and so on, this was what I used to find out what I should do. It's been very helpful. I've lost about 4lb since I recalculated (if my scale isn't a liar. :P)

Inches... I've just recently started losing weight because I've been working my muscles. I've lost a pant size and a half. Haven't been this thin size since high school.
