I have been trying for months to get people to try Greek yogurt. I LOVE it! I might have to use your Ode to Greek Yogurt to get them to see the light. :)

Escada's Magnatism.....I LOVE that stuff.

Feel free to add me too. Single mom of a very busy 10 year old. I completely understand what you are feeling. I get a full hour that I stretch a little bit for lunch so I always get my workouts in then and eat something at my desk...

bump for later - I LOVE anything pumpkin! Yay for fall!

That was awesome! Hahaha!

Garlic bread with cheese, chocolate, sour gummy worms and tortilla chips. Ugh. But I do enjoy them often. I just make sure I have room for them. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't have something chocolate.

Dashingdish.com has a couple cupcake recipes that use cake mix and diet soda. They are really good and not bad on the calories either.

I am 5'3". My ultimate goal weight is 138. I have a large bone structure and a muscular build so anything lower than that is just plain out of my reach and not sustainable for me.

Drink plenty of water before, during and for days after. And be ready to really work. I love my personal training days! They are my favorite beyond a shadow of a doubt. Don't be nervous. They are there to help you and will. I look forward to those days and now dread my cardio days.

I am so struggling with my last 10 pounds or so... I hate it. Need to change something up. I am bound and determined to get to 138. I'm 5'3" with a large body frame and lots of muscle.

I hated hating myself. I hated dodging pictures or hiding pictures if I made it into one. I hated trying to position things in front of me. Dodging outings because I was so embarrassed at how I looked. I was just ready to be proud of myself again.

I weigh myself first thing in the morning right after peeing and right before jumping in the shower. Then right before i go to bed. Every day...

Haven't tried quinoa yet...I think this has given me quite a few reasons to go pick some up.

How exciting! Congrats!!

DashingDish.com has an excellent recipe for a spaghetti bake! I loved it!

Celery and peanut butter, cheese stick and crackers, veggies and dip, yogurt and fruit. Those are my go to office meals/snacks.

This is amazing! Thanks!

I have an 80s themed bachelorette party to attend! I am so pumped. I even broke out my crimper I had when I was little!

I work out over my lunch hour so makeup is a must. I can't go to work without it. And I make an effort to look cute. I figure if it is my workout than I can look however I want for it. I feel better about myself and worry less about others when I look good. I don't go to the gym to impress anyone. Sorry if it looks that…

I did the same thing. I was glad to see some of them go, but not that much. Ha!

Raw almonds, baby carrots, celery and peanut butter, Tricuit thin crisps with a pepper jack cheese stick. These are my current faves. I also love plain 0% fat greek yogurt with dry oats, stevia and fresh raspberries. These all keep me satisfied. :)

I hate Greek yogurt on its own. I take a cup of plain, add 2 stevias, a 1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats and 10 raspberries. Mix it all together. I LOVE it. I have it for breakfast almost every morning.

I haven't given up anything completely. I just cut back or eat things in moderation. I'd rather eat what I want in moderation than binge on it later on. I just log my food and stay within or close to the recommended numbers.

It took me about 4 months of eating better and 6 hours a week in athe gym, 2 of those with a trainer. A lot of blood sweat and tears.

Have you tried Wen or Macadamia Natural Oil's Flawless? Or any cleansing conditioner? That might be a good choice. I went through the same thing and these types of products seem to be easier on my hair. They are a little expensive, but worth it to me.

Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet but I get a lot of Whey Protein shake recipes from www.dashingdish.com. A lot of them are good and have a milkshake texture. I'd give some of those a shot. I can't handle them with just water. I love the frozen hot chocolate one and the raspberry lemon one too.
