I agree. Water. I just do not enjoy drinking water, I will almost drink anything to avoid water. I have been downing many diet sodas for liquids, but know I need to stop that practice. I agree with everyone else. I did not read your diary but I do know (after researching for myself) that 1200 calories is what an average sedentary female needs for her body daily. I have started doing isometics while waiting for the light to change. Also, leg exercises while brushing my teeth and when washing dishes. Every little bit helps, right?

I am glad to hear that there is someone else who is not a big veggie/fruit fan. I can eat them, but have to remind myself to do so and it is an effort for me to include them daily. I take daily vitamins to ensure I get what I need. Also, I stay at or below the calorie recommendation. Good luck to you.

I would also love this information. I have checked my eating record for the last 7 days. I am great on limiting fat (almost always am lower the the required amount) but high (way over the amount required) on carbs. HELP!!!

My husband is not dieting or watching his nutrition intake, so he drinks several beers every night. Zumba videos are available for purchase at the store and I see them on commercials on TV. I was doing zumba at the YMCA, but my neck and knee started hurting. It is very active with a lot of jumping as in step.

You sound like you are very strong in avoiding the multiple temptations at your home. Perhaps when you family sees you mean business with this they will stop purposely tempting you. Oh, I like that idea. Keep calories the same or less, but eat what you want in those guidelines. I will try that for my cheat days. Thanks for the idea.

My one cheat day is to do what ever I want. I chose. Work out or no, eat what I want, etc. It is freeing. And I find that the longer I eat healthy the less I want to over eat on my free days. It is interesting.
