I HATE to exercise. I know that's awful, but it's the truth. I've been drinking two "green" smoothies a day for the past 4 weeks and have lost 5 pounds. The fiber in the smoothies fill me up. Hey, Whit. I'm on this weightloss journey as well. I've only got about 10 to lose, but man, it seems impossible! I hate to exercise so that is going to be my struggle. I discovered green smoothies, and with just adding that to my "diet" I've managed to lose 5 pounds. What are you doing so far, and how is it working for you?
