My exercise is separate from my steps also. Just annoyed I loose credit for all my walking as soon as I switch my Apple Watch over to exercise. Do some arobics and it negates all those wonderful walking calories and just counts what I burned during the workout.

Same here...but can't decide if its because of RA or just having PMS and RA at the same time...both make you feel bleh. It maybe just adding one more thing onto our plate once a month just casues a chain reaction. Fun stuff :P

Yeah I didn't "grow out of it" I wonder is anyone really does? I got it at 3 and me and my RA are still going strong lol

Im one of those! Started at 295 at age 27, my goal is to get to a healthy weight before I hit 30.
