We decided to buy a 2 pack box of frozen salmon. One for each person. It was tasty, however looking now at the Nutrition Info, it is showing as sodium per serve 453mg. Isn't that a lot of salt? If so, I won't buy that again. Thanks.

Hello Aussieloser. Although I don't have a solution for you, I wanted to say how good it is to see an Aussie here too, as we seem to have small numbers compared to other postings. I have only just been diagnosed, so am feeling my way round the postings. Sorry got to go and do my reading for after lunch :-)

WW can be good when you have the right motivator/leader. I was put off by the leader who just talked about her family every meeting instead of motivating us.

I too am going without biscuits with my cup of tea in the evening, starting from tomorrow. Trouble is my husband sits and eats his in front of me. Maybe I should just look the other way till he has eaten his. At least will try it for the rest of this week and see.

G'day. I'm from Sydney and this site is the greatest thing I have found to be helpful and motivating. Not lost any weight yet, but at least I am learning portion control.

Thanks for that hint. There was another drop down menu that I kept missing with all the exercises listed down. Even for sitting playing the guitar or piano and belly dancing :-)

Logging in my treadmill walking, I just put it against "walking" and the number e.g. 4.0 brisk pace. I have discovered however that my treadmill tells me I used up less calories than the Walking does on the exercise listing here. Any ideas please.
