I just went thru the same thing, always wanted to eat especially at night. I read the book by Julia ross called The diet Cure, it's amazing, i have no cravings, i'm not hungry and i eat 1450 calories a day and still loose 1/2 lbs here and there. It's amazing you should read it. good luck

I tried eating back my exercise calories and I would gain every time.

I'm only 5'7 so a little shorter than you all, but I was at 194 and now i'm at 160, have been down to 152 and looked way to skinny, I have a medium frame, at 160 now i'm wearing size 8's or 10's depending on the brand of clothing, but my body seems to like the 158-160 range.

Trying to stay on plan!!! I do really well thru the week and then weekends are tough, i only have 12lbs to lose to reach my goal weight and I jsut seem to have lost my way!!! I also noticed even tho i'm a few calories under on my diary for the day i don't lose! Not sure what i'm doing wrong.

It sounds like you are under alot of stress and as we all know stress adds lbs, i agree with everyone else don't worry about that 10lbs, just focus on getting back on track, we all lose sight i know i did and this week i managed to lose 2.8lbs so re-evaluate things and take it one day at a time. I'm 56 and need to lose 24 lbs, I'm currently on the Metabolic Research Center weight loss program and I've lost 10 lbs so far using their program but have lost 8 lbs when i started MFP so 18 all together! I'm on the 1-4 menu and i'm eating around 800 calories a day right now, but then on friday i go to the blue menu 5-11 days and it adds more food. So the calories will go up.
