I wouldn't pay for a fat personal trainer. What's the point? Then again, what do YOU think of as fat? Personal opinion right there. Then again, I wouldn't pay for a personal trainer period.

I should let my boyfriend read this. Although now, we just give each other lists for Christmas. Not saying we get everything on the list, but we can pick and choose. It would be nice if he went a little above and beyond, which he does occasionally, but not all the time.

I second the eggs with toast. I also am not a big fan of cereal. I eat it every other day just to have a variety. The egg and toast keep me fuller long. You could also do some toast with peanut butter. I do that occasionally. Also, greek yogurt is another good one. If you are into it, oatmeal.

Didn't read all of the responses so sorry it's being repeated. Go to a store that specializes in running shoes. Apparently, (yes, I need to do this myself) they will put you into a type of shoe designed for your type of foot which should alleviate pain. Apparently, it can be a tad expensive, but worth it, or so I've heard.…

Thank God, someone said this. I LOVE how many people think they are doctors/nutritionists/trainers/know it alls. You always get the opposite. Eat more or eat less depending on the topic. Do what works for you. Eat at least 1200 calories. You'll be good to go.

That's how I do it everyday. Have a small, low calorie breakfast AND lunch and you could easily have 600-800 calories for dinner. If not more depending how your calorie intake. Plenty!
