lost 30lbs gained over 100lbs. I'm paying for it now. You know how teenagers have those rebellious years? I didn't have those. I had mine during my early 20's. Eating whatever the heck I wanted. My philosophy was "You only live once, so eat what you want." Didn't really realize that could kill me really fast. I want to…

Morning. I love breakfast and dinner. I really love a nice huge *kitten* dinner. So I cut calories in the morning and afternoon so I can enjoy a nice dinner. Sometimes though, heck all the time, I want some eggs, sausage, b&g's, hash browns, whatever else.

Huge transformations on both parts. Great job! Your story is very similiar to mine.

I scored 30. boooo

I'm going buck wild and enjoying myself. If I gain a few pounds, no biggy.

I believe in mental plateaus. I had one the past couple weeks. I was going to give up. Instead, I took the weekend off, still logged calories and everything, but had no guilt (or tried). It really helped me. This week, I'm back full force. Trust me, it helps to just not give a *kitten* for a few days just to get your…

lol...men are part my motivation, but not top priority. At least, not right now.

This also.. My mother makes the most annoying sound! She sucks the food from her teeth so all you here is "tthhhrrtth" for about 10 minutes. It's like for crying out loud, go get some damn floss!

Just keep walking and build up your pace. You'll eventually be speed walking and then you will just have to run.

guys are so easy to cook for unless they are super picky eaters. Meat + potatoes. Pork chops + mashed potatoes (add in the butter after the fact) chicken + roasted potatoes with some spices. You could even do Italian, although it can be hard because of calories, just watch portions.

Not a damn thing. I'm enjoying myself and eating like a cow.

frozen broccoli cuts and you just crush Ritz crackers for the topping.
-
Broccoli and cheese casserole. It's usually called "Broccoli slop". It consists of broccoli, whole bag of shredded cheese, cream of mushroom soup, bit a mayo, onion, topped with Ritz crackers

Corn. I thought corn was just like any veggie. It's still not bad and I still eat it, but I was surprised it was higher. I don't know why. Crazy.

I hate working out. I know, I know...I should find something that I like...truth is...I hate sweating! All in all, I work out because it makes me feel fantastic afterwards. I'm glad I did it even if I did drip sweat.

Lips.....I've acquired the nickname in high school...DSL. Not the best nickname.

It's a hard workout if you haven't worked out in ages. If you are just starting out, I'd suggest buying 3lb weights. Also, buy some 5lb weights for level 2. I've kinda steered away from the 30ds and been doing Kickboxing Fastfix. I totally recommend that. It's 20 minutes and really kinda fun. It also incorporates weights.…

Honey isn't bad. One tablespoon is just enough for a single serving. The ultimate greek yogurt (for me) is fage greek yogurt, a tablespoon of honey and a few sprinkles of cinnamon. You could also add in peanut butter, but that'll drive up the calories. I tried just doing berries and yogurt and it was too sour tasting for…

a bagel with cream cheese = 100 calories. Not likely. Did you eat a regular bagel and regular cream cheese? Even a bagel thin w/ fat free cream cheese wouldn't come out to 100 calories. I'd know.... :(

amen sister.....amen.

You look fantastic!

1-5 liters a day. Somedays, I don't count or lose count.

Possibilities are endless. Buy a marinade and grill them. Boil them. Make breaded chicken (or chicken nuggets) using panko or bread crumbs and pan fry with a little EVOO. You could put them in a pan with a can of cream of chicken/celery/mushroom and just let them cook.
