coffee: strong as hell, black, with a tsp of sugar or I'll do a tiny bit of hazelnut/vanilla creamer, no sugar. Has to be really strong though. tea: on ice with sugar (not too much though)

I just discovered the combination and LOVE it. plain greek yogurt with a tbls of honey and half cup of blueberries. yummy!

Oh yes! I'd rather have a man who can cook with more than just a grill. Grilling is awesome, don't get me wrong, but come on. Variety! I think it's sexy when a man knows how to actually cook.

A mixture of the two. Bad boys are hot. Nice guys are simply just nice. Maybe too nice? Bad boys have that appeal to them. Granted, I want a guy who opens doors for me, but I don't want a guy who agrees with everything that I say or is too mushy. This could be a long discussion so I'll stop now. :)

So very true. I remember being in high school and having 30 minutes to eat for lunch. It was nearly impossible unless you brought your own lunch. Going through the line took you atleast 15 minutes so you are scrambling to eat your food.

As a future educator (I have a degree in Math education to teach middle school and high school math, just don't have the license yet), the school lunches suck! In my area, they serve pizza, nachos, fried chicken, preztels & cheese, anything!! The breakfasts are probably the worst because they are loaded with sugar. Great…

Walking is great. I love it. Put on my Ipod, grab a dog and there I go. I get bored very easily with workouts so I have to switch it up a lot. One of the main reasons why I wanted to try plain was because I thought the sugary yogurts were too sweet. I also have very sensitive teeth so it prevents me from eating cold and sweet things.

I bought Fage. I don't think we had Chobani plain. I know there were different flavors of Chobani, but wanted to explore the plain. I do love the texture of Fage. A little hesitant to use protein powder only because I don't really know which brand/flavor or anything to buy.

I don't really care about the myths about eggs. I love them. I can't live without cheese. I usually only have scrambled eggs on the weekends though. I have cereal during the week. Maybe you should just try having them on the weekend if you are worried about them?

Take some Ibuprofen or any other type of pain relief medication about an hour or two before you work out. Once they are gone, go for it. That's what I do.

I'm only 25 so I'd want the car. If anything, I'll take a ring first, then the kid. At least 5+ more years for that to happen :\

put it in the oven with salt and pepper. make a gravy out of the drippings with flour and water.
