Why don't you cut out the protein shake completely and eat actual protein instead? OR have a protein shake plus some sort of breakfast; oatmeal, cereal, eggs, pancakes...something Put some chicken in your salads. Ultimately, I think if you add something else with the shake, you will probably feel better.

Just an idea...fill up half of your plate with what you want to try (little portions) and then the rest of salad, veggies or fruit. That way you aren't depriving yourself of things you want to try! You know, someone ALWAYS brings fruits and veggies!

Eggs...real ones! I tried the whole egg beaters and egg whites...didn't agree with me Bread... 45 calorie per slice (think it's healthy life) or 90 calorie english muffin turkey bacon is pretty good Morning star veggie sausage patties salsa! Or you can do what I do and put in some sliced ham in my scrambled eggs. Delish!

I love my eggs scambled preferably with cheese. I do love scrambled eggs with ham too! yum! I also love fried eggs with the yolks broken. I love WARM egg salad (cannot eat it cold).

I believe I inherited my thunder thighs from my dad's side of the family along with the big boobs. Even when I was at my lowest (130lbs), I still had thunder thighs. I'm part Italian so go figure. I love my pasta, sauce, and meat! Would love exercise ideas to get them to go down though!! :)

The frog: it's all about the legs... you take your legs out with knees bent then in side to side. Hard to explain. Think of a frogs legs as they swim in water I don't do vigorous swimming. I just do laps around my pool. I think the side strokes are why my abs hurt so bad today.

I agree and disagree. It doesn't make my skin crawl. For some people 500 calories may seem like a binge. Other 1000 calories seem like a binge. It differs.
