I work out 5-6 days a week. Friday is my primary rest day. Only because it's one day I can have a good hair day and not have to take 2 showers a day. If I feel really sore another day during the week (other than the weekend), I'll take a day off. I do about 20-30 minutes everyday. Also manage to lose at least a pound a week

Amen! I have the option of going to 2 of them this year. I'm totally going to both. I've earned it!

1. What is your eye color? Green 2. What is youre favorite season? Fall and Winter 3. What is your favorite Holiday? Any day that I get off of work. Really, probably Halloween and Thanksgiving 4. If you hate it, don't do it. Find something that you like. I used to hate running in high school and college, but for some reason I have the drive to run now. I just want to. I like it when I'm doing it also. I enjoy it. Sure, I may be slow and out of breath, but I still enjoy it. It's a challenge.

Been there and done WW. You are on MFP which is fantastic. It's so much easier to count calories than it is to calculate points. Just my opinion.. Also doesn't take money.

Lower your calories for breakfast and lunch so you can indulge more in the evening time. I like a big dinner so that's what I do.

Fried turkey is the bomb!

I make mine like this minus the ricotta, spinach and nutmeg. Add in chicken broth. It is also all about the smell. If it smells good, it's good to go.

I was 260lbs when I started it. It was my first workout DVD that I bought. I knew going in that it was going to be hard. It may not be something I can do right now. Luckily, there are modifications. Sometimes, you have to modify the modifications. It's a great damn workout, but it gets rather boring. Level 2 is pretty…

Not even really a compliment. I was talking to a woman about weight loss and another woman chimed in, "how much weight have you lost?" I think at the time I said 50lbs. She replied, "You haven't lost that much, have you?" Looking at her completely dumbfounded, the woman I was talking to replied "oh yes she has!" Made me…

I struggled with this starting out. Just try gradually upping your calories.

I don't know how many people said above me "You can't spot reduce". I hope all of them because it's true. Lose weight = smaller thighs. Simple.

Exactly how I feel. Although, not married yet so I'm hoping to drop some weight and maybe he'll pop the question. Going on 10 years now!!! I want to look my best on my wedding day and also want to actually look pregnant when I become it!

Down almost 60lbs and still feel the same. Somedays I feel awesome and recognize my progress. Other days, I feel shame and disappointment. Either way, I acknowledge my progress and try not to beat myself up too badly.

I think you should do it if you feel like you can and want to. If you are getting shin pain, try checking your form or getting new fitted shoes. You may also have to lose more weight. I was having a lot of trouble with shin pains while jogging on pavement. I knew it wasn't my weight because I ran in college at the same…

broccoli. I used to hate it as a kid. Then, my dad bribed me to eat a piece with cheese for $.50. I like it now. Now, I love it plain. I eat it almost everyday. I could eat it everyday with every meal and not get sick of it.

angel food cake + cool whip + berries = delicious. If it were me, go all out. Enjoy your cake. It's your day.

I lost a good 30lbs just by working out on the weekends. Now, I probably workout 4-6 days a week. So, yes it's possible. Do as much as you can.

have a small side salad with it!

I literally had the same thing happen to me. I bought mine too and almost fit perfectly. Way to go!

you should google ramen noodle recipes. You could probably make some decently healthy meals out of them if you tried. The sodium is the killer though
