Wow... your results are amazing! Congrats :)

Your story is amazing! I'm a student nurse and the people I see... I wish I could show them all your success so that they would know what can be achieved. :)

This sounds like a perfect way to start off the new year, I'm already aiming for 240 a week but I've been feeling a bit demotivated lately and so hopefully this will help me to stay inspired! Its also my first challenge. (aliciab307 - I hope u don't mind but I copied and pasted the form from your post ^ thank you!) Good…

I've lost the weight now but the way I put it on was with lots of laziness, kebab meat, cheese and garlic mayo, oh and a lack of self-discipline! I'm still lazy sometimes but I haven't eaten a kebab in years!

As others have said... Amazing transformation, you look like a different person! :D

Wow... Youve done really well - u look fantastic! :)

I usually take a pic of the workout chart on my phone and take my phone in with me (on silent :)). Or at first - when I had trouble remembering the proper form for exercises I created a document on the computer and copied and pasted pictures of the exercises off of google search, when I printed it was less that 1 page for…

[/quote] No. Just like eating boneless skinless chicken breast (a bodybuilding staple) won't make you bigger. Whenever people say something about health and fitness, see if it passes the common sense test: If it were as easy as consuming protein powder, wouldn't all those scrawny guys easily be able to add muscle? Building…

Egg whites are great! For example instead of having 2 whole eggs for breakfast, etc you could have 1 whole egg with 3 egg whites, since 1 whole egg is around 80kcals and 6g protein and an egg white contains approx 16kcals and 4g of protein this swap would save you around 30kcals whilst adding an extra 6g of protein.…

You look so healthy right now. WTG! :)

As the above poster said, it's all personal preference but I think you should bear in mind that working out with weights (a minimum of twice weekly) is important for health, especially bone health. Also, although the number on the scale won't change as dramatically with the weights as it would without this is only because…

I would eat the 1800 that your program recommends. When I started NROLFW I was concerned about taking in the recommended 2000kcals a day, (MFP recommended 1770 or something to maintain) but I followed it and with the exercise I do I found I averaged 1875kcals NET and I'm 5'6" maintaining 120lbs with that amount. Reading…

Hiya, I'm a UK girl, I'll friend request you. :)

Can't figure out how to post pics but my gallery is open. Height: 5'6" Before: 143lbs 33" waist (white outfit and burgundy dress) After: 120lbs 25" waist ( blue dress, orange dress and profile pic) BTW: Congrats lizblizz28 and Elle405, you both look amazing :)

Wow... 8 months! I don't know what to say. Way to go! :)

Wow... You look great. It is hard to know when to stop. There's a time when less can be more, like if your over weight and need to lose weight for your health, but there's also a point where it goes to far and less is definatly less. I think you look great in that photo, if your happy with your current nutrition and…

Amazing story... Amazing pics... Everything you say is so true and you have a right to be incredibly proud of yourself! :)
-
Wow! You honestly look perfect... You must be thrilled :)

Hiya, I follow NROLFW and I've had good results with it, I was already around my target weight and bodyfat percentage before I started it so I began using it for the purpose of maintainence rather than weight loss however I feel I have got leaner on the program and my strength has definatly increased! I've just finished…
